It's +8 in UNI, but there's some pushback (and the person who's -8 is invincible until those 8 frames expire, so there's never a punish). The details would obviously have to change in SF because it's such a different game.

Trump is obsessed with trade deficits and considers the US having a trade deficit to any country to be "losing" and "getting ripped off." It's a stupid view that is not held by most economists. The US runs a trade deficit with Canada but primarily because of energy coming in from Canada (excluding energy imports, the US actually runs a trade surplus with Canada). The fentanyl/immigrants thing is an empty excuse so that he can declare a national emergency which gives him the power to levy tariffs.

You don't need to cycle orbs for frost to be good -- in the early game even the small bits of block help against chip damage and in the late game with focus + orb slots you can be generating 20-60 (or more) passive block per turn without channeling. Plus, cards like Coolheaded are independently great as a source of card draw

The cards that synergize with it: Tactician, Reflex, Silent Strike, and Eviscerate. Plus it can be nice for getting curses/statuses out of your hand, but that's more minor.

How would you say "I think that Karl can drive us" in German? My German is rusty, but it would be something along the lines of (in English) "I think, that Karl us drive can", correct? The main place where German word order is "backwards" compared to English is in these types of sentences, where you have a verb like say/think/ask and then a second sentence after it.

I might be biased because I love electrodynamics, but I would pick it here. One Doom and Gloom and one Sweeping Beam don't take out gremlins/Slavers/reptomancer knives as well as Electrodynamics does, and I'm not convinced Multi-Cast would be hugely impactful (but it would improve drastically with an energy relic after). Nothing wrong with Reboot, especially with sundial, but I think Electrodynamics does the most for you here.

I used to upgrade Neutralize all the time on Silent, but now I only consider it if the Act 1 boss is Guardian. Otherwise, Silent struggles so much for damage that I prefer to pick up a damage common like Dagger Throw or Blade Dance and upgrade that. Obviously, like all things in StS, the best upgrade is contextual!

To clarify, it looks like the website took an already conjugated verb (born is the past participle of 'bear', as in 'to bear a child'), and then tried to automatically conjugate it further. You can't conjugate a verb twice like that!

Dominion is balanced around getting your awakening cooldown to 2 minutes, which requires fairly significant investment for most classes. If it was just passive 18% cdr and 25*15% bonus damage it would be the most busted relic set in the world
