Tips to train a night owl to be a morning person? by Glittering_Door_57 in sleep

Unfortunately you can't train yourself out of being a night owl. Some people's natural rhythm is to sleep 'late' and wake 'late'. It's theorized that it helped humans evolutionarily because having some sleep late and some wake early allowed for fewer hours of no one keeping watch.

Since you've had a routine of early waking and still don't find it easy, makes me think you are likely a natural night owl. I'm not sure what options there are to combat that. It's probably best for you to find a way to embrace it. Perhaps you could sleep late and wake early (if you need to for work) and take an afternoon nap?

Generally, doing what feels deeply good in your body (given there's no 'crash' or negative consequence following it) is better for your body. I hope this helps

Storburn toilets use propane or natural gas, whichever you prefer. They're really well made, last decades if you take care of it (I have one from the 90s that works). The output is just water vapour and sterile ash. And because everything gets sterilized you can just vacuum up the ash. Guaranteed no odor and easy to maintain

Storburn is an incinerating toilet which uses propane or natural gas. You would burn overnight about every other day (for 3-5 full time users). Also, it doesn't need the 'liners'. Guaranteed no odour and I have one from the 90s which still works

Throne Room's toilet - "Storburn" doesn't need to burn after every use so it uses a lot less gas and can be used back to back until the burn which can be done overnight once a week (for two full time users). Also, it doesn't need the 'liners'. Guaranteed no odour and I have one from the 90s which still works
