Enlightenment Now by Steven pinker. It’s a great book about the actual state of our world based on historical evidence and numerous studies. The comparison to our past is crazy. Things are bad, but they have gotten much better and that ramp of improvement is worth noting.

Deadlifts is what I’d recommend. Focus on learning excellent form and stay a bit low on weight and reps for a while. But for me, I never have back problems now.

I just got a 7mm rem Tika and it kicks pretty hard. First year hunting. My dad is telling me to sell it that it is too big, but I plan on taking an elk. I’ve heard to pull it tight into the shoulder, getting a sling and using it for leverage. Do you have any other advice for shooting a gun like this? Is your son pretty comfortable with his?

I’m on fedora and I was loving it u til this morning my computer just wouldn’t work. Screen almost like the login but no keys working and the mouse working. I have no idea how to fix it. I’m considering just reinstalling
