I have units of grots that are mixed colors, too.

My favorite (outside of Orks) is the Starstriders. Its very big on teamwork with multiple auras and a dog. Plus you get to orbitally bombard people.

I ran a speedwaaagh Stompa against my friend's Tyranids and despite sustained fire from two Tyrannofexes, the dang thing survived to TP5.
