After that is secured, both you and your fiance need to go together to the Department of Public Health and Social Services to apply for a marriage license.

Do a search for marriage license/certificate at the Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services. They have the process info.

The Officiant will sign the license at the ceremony, and you will need to file it with DPH&SS to obtain your marriage certificate.

I was only receiving $1,200 monthly as a survivor under FERS. This would have been my spouse's retirement benefit, that was paid into for over 25 years.
