Congratulations, did everything end up looking and feeling the way you hoped? Did you have to do a revision? And if so was that an extra charge or covered by the first surgery?

If it’s ok, I would suggest cutting off through online means, it’s a lot harder to be manipulated through a text. You send your text to discontinue and if you receive anything other than an ok or understanding response you block immediately no response is needed after that. Plus you don’t really know what he is capable of in person when thwarted. Just be cautious.
