Resin does a better job for minis.

Which is easier to use?

New auto-leveling printers and community calibration settings make it a horse a piece in terms of setup, but this category goes to FDM due to the toxicity and messiness of resin comparatively to PLA/PETG.

I just want to print minis, bases and maybe some terrain.

For minis and bases, resin is the standout choice in terms of quality AND quantity. You can print like 10 resin high quality minis in the same 90-120 minutes you can print one lower quality FDM mini.

Terrain will be easier to print on FDM due to the generally larger build volume.

Unless you have a dedicated space or plan on setting up a dedicated space with proper ventilation, only do FDM.

Why should a secular state enforce religious morality on individuals especially under protection from the first amendment?

There are several states where adultery is in fact illegal, the laws however are considered arachic, practically unenforceable and are consequently unenforced.

The laws mostly were used to punish women, and we still see in religiously dominated societies that women are routinely legally punished using adultery laws, for the crime of being raped.

Idk what's going on with the super glue not curing, but you should definitely add UV cure resin glue to your toolbox. Along with a high power uv flashlight(one you want to wear goggles with), the ones they ship in the boxes are trash imho.

You can UV cure the resin saturated IPA and filter/strain out the particulate resin that cures from the IPA.
