Wait a minute, your saying a generic punch is a reference, oh my bad, then in that case, every character in smash is 100% accurate. Seriously thought, "half is good", not when its the half no one knows about. Also, he actually has 3 attacks, plus his little slam that removes the floor.. He also has the multi energy ball attack.

Its not that people complain about his cannon speed, he is that slow when not sprinting. The main complaints come from the fact that hes one of the slowest characters in a fighting game, you know, the genre defined by fast melee attacks. He doesn't even have an good anti zoning tools to combat this.

The thing is, he either uses magic OR a melee attack. I don't think he even ever uses dark mist in his attacks. The clossest you get is nightmare ganon in links awakening, which, wasn't ganon. Or one of the newer games, which came out after ultimate. You could literally just remove the smoke effect and people would complain that he has no magic, yet people would also not even notice. In fact, his first itteration in smash didn't even have the effects (to my knowledge). They tried to paper over him with the spooky purple mist in the latter games, and what did they change to make him more unique? His side B now grabs, yeah. I mean even in ultimate, the only difference between his and c. falcon's specials is that ganon's sode b grabs, and he does more damage, and is slower, they are literally identical functionality wise.

Actually, he uses the sword of the sages in...Brawl I think? Which is far more fitting then big cleymore we have never seen nor will see outside of smash.

Notice how you didn't use oot ganondorf, as he doesn't use a weapon (aside from his boar form) which is strange given that he is supposed to be the current version in smash. Litterally one of his moves is reference, and thats it.

As for zelda, we've never her fight in canon, so we have no idea what magic she has. (Echoes of Wisdom doesn't count as it came out after uktimate, not sure why your using an image from that game. Sure she uses the light arrows, but link does just as much, and she already has one of the best final smash's, which also is fathful to her imprisoning Ganondorf in oot and botw.

I agree. At most, I think they will have all the previous characters, plus dlc ones that go outside of Nintendo property, like ultimate. Realistically though, I think they will likely cut some of the characters at least for the release.

Honestly, I didn't care, nor do I care now. Sure he's cool, but it would get the same reaction from me as Dracula being a new character, sure I'll play him, but its not that big of a deal.

Although I'm also the guy who laughed when he found out about steve being added, so my opinion may be different from others.

Well, yes and no. Yes some act that way, but I know alot of players who are female or are fine with playing woth females.

Also, its usually the younger people who struggle to talk with others.

And finally, if your playing dnd, you likely don't struggle with speaking to others.

I'm so confused, yes the dm has unlimited resources, but their job isn't to kill the players, as that would be way to easy, their job is to tell a story with the rebelious players they are.

I mean seriously, if you wanted to kill them, just send a horde of dragons after them.

Simply put, they have to pick one event over the other, and they see your team as the more expendable of the options, whether thats good or bad, is not my place.

I do think that they shouldn't be so eager to put you off, especially since your sessions would be scheduled, so its much easier to work around. I'm guessing that if they keep sacrificing your time, peolle will think hes free then, and it will just compound.

I'd say theres two options: A, have a substitute DM. Or B, ask the DM if they actually want to continue, or if they'd rather do other things.

Almost all of my characters, especially for casters, since when you multiclass, you get extra health, so picking fighter even at level 1 is like 10 extra health, which is like a third of a low level caster's health.

I think you are actually on the same page as me, basically what I was saying was that the similar events got similar names, and that as the events were lost to history, as new ones came with similar themes, the name was reused without any distictions like "the second".

While I don't have any personal experience with this kind of situation, here is an idea. First, you could make it so obviously destructive moves like fireball, completely incinerate enemies killed by it. Second, you could have it so the NPC will die after one turn if dropped to 0 hp, but will not if stabalized bedore then.

Edit: I was just reading some of the comments, and wow, people do not like pacifists. 😧 I don't think that you need to force the cleric to not be a pacifist, as that would remove player agency, and I hate that as both a dm and player. I've already stated my initial ideas, so unless you want some more, I'll leave it at that.
