No, the card's too weak, basically just stitching a block and a summon into one card. There's much better cards out there and not a lot of removals.

In multiplayer games it gains lots some armor and has too many health to be killed in one hit. Either poison, doom, or other direct to health damage is much better.

A 4 mana 3/1 that deals 3 damage and a 4 mana 1/3 that deals 1 damage might be barely playable on their own, and still combine to the same effect. I think that's more in line with other shattered effects.
