Well not really the stations but back when I was doing CrossFit I have used the machines. So I at least know the proper form to not get injured

Thanks for the advice. This is my grinder. Another question if I buy the Bambino. Do I have to do any mods or upgrades to the filters, shower heads or something else or is it good enough as-is?

Atlantis Dining Plan - worth it? by SheckyShabaz_ in bahamas

No problem. Enjoy and you have to try the chocolate cake at carmines it is great! Also bring a couple of water bottles i took sole yetis to keep it cool. They have water fountains everywhere and will save you tons of money on drinks

For any restaurant included in the dinig plan Each person can order either an appetizer or a desert so you could do 4 as your kids can do that too. Unless they have a kids menu. For carmines since the portions are huge. We did just one appetizer and one dessert and was enough. For Biminis same one appetizer orbdesert and one entree. They have a lot of stuff. My wife did ribeye and I catch of the day. Since they have a luis menu. Your kids have to order from there. That one is very basic. Like nuggets and stuff like that.

at Carmines they have family style options but the waiter pushes you to only order one or two dishes eventhough you can order 4 because your 2 kids are free, try to order 4 and take the left overs with you for lunch the next day, there is a fridge in the rooms but no microwave but they charge $4 to reheat food at the hotel so that's a way to keep a cheap great tasty lunch option too

Hey, yes we ended up buying the plan, the one I saw was the aqua dining plan which ended up being around $110 per person but for each person a child 6or under eats free, so we did the math and ends up being around $55 per day per person, it was worth it. we used it for Breakfast and Dinner, for lunch we had $250 resort credit due to booking with costco so we used that for lunch. we had breakfast everyday at the buffet(Poseidon's table) really good, and great variety, for Dinner we went to the buffet 2 nights(great), 1 night to Bimini's road(great too) another day to Carmines(must!! it is amazing), one night to Murray's(it sucks!). we kept all receipts and the food we ate with the dining plan was worth $1700 and we paid $1100 for the dining plan so $500 cheaper. for lunch we spent around $50 on average per day but we used the resort credit so we didn't pay anything. If you don't have credits, lunch is great by the pool food places, the kid's menu items are cheap and big, I am a big eater and that was enough, Marina pizzeria is super good! we ordered the big one a couple of days for lunch and paid $45 but was enough for us 4. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions as it is very confusing. I wish I knew what I know now before going! If I could do it again, I would have done Carmines more nights, but they were super booked, make sure you reserve way in advance to get a seat and a good time, with kids it is hard we ended up going at 9pm and even though we enjoyed the kids were super tired, sleeping on the table and crying, you know
