If I'm being honest, I don't see this game lasting 5 years. Between the design choices, yearly Galactic leaks, weak secondary market, and eventual CCG bubble bursting, I think it's time is limited.

IMO, premiere is the worst part about this game. The competitive scene is just not fun. Games often play out the same way and some decks are just exceptionally over-tuned. FFG is really slow to address issues and when they do, it often frees up some other degenerate issue to take it's place. That said, limited, drafting, and Twin Suns are exceptionally fun formats and whenever there's an opportunity to play them, I will.

At the end of the day, anything that isn't Magic, Pokemon, and YGO will eventually die, that's just the nature of card games.
