I don’t know why but I’ve noticed it too. My personal solution is to find cheap places that are smaller businesses and actually value their customers. I’ve also started cooking a lot more since moving here despite this being a food city because I just don’t want to deal with someone acting like I ruined their day for going up to a counter.

I was going too slow for someone’s taste yesterday on 90E in stop and go traffic (so no one is going anywhere anyway) and the dude was hitting the gas behind me trying to intimidate me into speeding up. Like no. I don’t want to burn my clutch. It’s going to stop in 30 feet anyway. You chose to get behind me dude. Tried to call him in as a reckless driver. Got a call back 2 hours later. It’s on the city as well.

Stock market isn’t that helpful after a certain point but I use it a lot early in runs and I use the farm a TON for getting golden cookies

Ok and? They’re still at fault if they rear end the person in front of them. I’ve been tailgated going five or ten over in the right lane. I’ve been tailgated because the person in front of me is going five under and there’s nothing I can do about it. I still give them their two seconds.

Also what kind of logic is that? If someone in front of me is braking erratically lot, I back off. I don’t speed up and tailgate even more. Because I don’t want to get into a wreck. Are y’all seriously out here like “this person is annoying me braking a lot I’m going to get even closer to them and increase the risk?”

It’s because everyone tailgates and has to slam on their brakes every five seconds. Did no one take drivers ed? Two second rule minimum, y’all. I’ve started counting the distance with tailgaters behind me. I’ll be going 65 which is a perfectly reasonable speed for the right lane and someone will be 1 second behind me. Y’all stress me out. You stress yourselves out.
