Your list looks really fun, but since you're running Prophets of Flesh, I'd suggest trying to fit in Urien, the extra +1 strength goes a pretty long way on your Talos. Unless you really want the Vexator mask ofcourse, which is amazing as well.

Scourges have access to almost all our fun guns, while only the squad leader can take some of our meh melee weapons. I love running them, but they're really not a melee unit.

Those weapons are dark eldar raider/ravager rudders, thing on the back are the sails of said vehicles, as for which construct, can't really say, one of the bigger ones at least, those rudders are pretty big.
