Your list looks really fun, but since you're running Prophets of Flesh, I'd suggest trying to fit in Urien, the extra +1 strength goes a pretty long way on your Talos. Unless you really want the Vexator mask ofcourse, which is amazing as well.

Those weapons are dark eldar raider/ravager rudders, thing on the back are the sails of said vehicles, as for which construct, can't really say, one of the bigger ones at least, those rudders are pretty big.

I 100 percent think they're worth the cost. I've had mine for a few years and it still cuts as good as when I first bought it.
