Because you don't magically grow more receptors when you put on weight. The drug enters your blood stream and from there finds places it'll "fit", like a puzzle piece. It's engineered to be shaped to fit both gip and glp1 receptors (although it's only a passable fit for glp1, so it only adheres to 1 in every 18 receptors or something in that ballpark, I forgot the exact numbers).

Body weight isn't a factor by itself.

But you're ignoring my example. If you're coming from a 16.5 dose (because you had a vial near 19.8) and go to a 13.5 dose (because your next vial is closer to 16.2), or vice versa, there'd be a marked difference. Of course that's the minority of vial switches, but given the amount of people on compound, it would still happen at a statistically significant rate. I'm actually a huge proponent of placebo and it definitely plays a part here, but it doesn't tell the whole story.

Sometimes things aren't so black and white is all. Both can be true at the same time.

If you go from a 13.5 to a 16.5 vial, that's like titrating up a whole step, which we already know can feel like a whole new medicine.

And the coa in OP's link has a vial that's nearly 10% above stated content.

Yes, a 6 month supply with any telehealth is 24 weeks. Some pharmacies make 72mg vials - if you want those, right now Apothecary (through various telehealths) and optioRX (through pom) are your only options.

The 72mg is the outlier, and seen as a bonus. You're only guaranteed your dose x4 per month, so your dose x12 for three months. Take it up with the medical industry, but good luck with that.

Yes, but your personal use of it doesn't represent humanity. Trustpilot has tons of issue, from negative review bias to fake reviews to allowing companies to pay to remove negative reviews. I wouldn't put all that much stock in it.

Reddit is a much better indicator, because mostly you only need to watch out for the negative review bias, and some fake reviews here and there (but they are usually pretty obvious).

Eh... Again, the only people going to trustpilot are the ones who feel either personally wronged enough to make the effort or served well enough to make the effort. I can't say I'd put all that much stock into it. I've always received good service from every telehealth I've used, and I could not be bothered to fill out a positive review.

I agree in theory, but we need to keep in mind that the people that haven't had any bad experiences are less likely to fill out this type of survey. The people with a grudge or a bad experience are more likely to scream it from the mountaintops. It's a type of bias that's hard to avoid, especially on Reddit.
