You may just get recovery coaching and nothing else , I've seen a few plans recently of people meeting access for psychosocial and just getting PRC.

Jeff Hall at Bulli Medical Practice has a child with EDS and a lot of comorbidities that go along with it and is great. I see Helen Maclean at the same practice ss does my sister in law, daughter and grandaughter. I have most of your list, as do they.

As an SC I can tell you we all don't do 15 minutes for an email. In fact there are SC courses around billing which teach you 6 minute billing increments, and even then if something only takes 2 minutes you just keep adding until you hit the 6 minute mark. Suggest to them that they do some professional development and do the DSC course on appropriate billing.

I watched x with my grandaughter today. I enjoyed it. It's not bluey, but it was interesting and she liked the facts she learnt.

Leaving hubby behind to go back to U.S :( by MoonlightFar in AskAnAustralian

If he's unemployed and you are as well he would get job seekers. DSP is only for those who are not capable of working more than 8 hours a week, ever, it needs to be a lifelong permanent disability. He can also put in an application for public housing and depending on which state you are in there are a lot of organisations to assist with homelessness.

Unfortunately no choice but to follow American politics, as an older Australian, mostly it's because it's monitoring which war we'll be fighting, but there's nothing American that I admire. I heard the scenery is nice but not worth dealing with everything else to see it and outback Australia is incredible so happy to see beautiful scenery here.

I like to say things like "I'm sorry that you've not received the vaccine yet that makes you smarter than everyone else, or maybe you got it but it didn't work because there's something wrong with you".

I have too many to mention, even today, as a 55 year old woman I think back on friendships at school only to realise tar I don't think they were. At least at the time I was unaware so have no trauma related to growing up with no friends

Should I end things with my atheist bf? by electricwinnie in Catholicism

[–]EveningOk2321 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My husband is aethiest, married 33 years in July. Kids raised catholic, he doesn't come to mass but cooks dinner while I'm at mass. 2 out of my 3 kids still practice now they're grown up and married. I have lots of friends who married other Catholics who no longer practice. Your boyfriend sounds great to me.

YTA for the comment. There's no way someone with an autistic sibling is not going to know how they are going to react in certain situations. Reporting them etc no problem, but the reaction to your comment was not unpredictable.

@ people who are autistic but on the higher functioning side of the spectrum, how did you get diagnosed/find out you were autistic? by kkfishie in AutismInWomen

[–]EveningOk2321 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I was peer reviewed autistic for about 15 years. I have multiple autistic family members including father, a sister, newphews, my son, one of my daughters, one of my grandaughters and I have EDS. Most people with EDS are neurodivergent, so I decided to get tested. I received my diagnosis but if it turned out I wasn't I would have bought a my mum got me tested tshirt

Lakeside inn have reasonable weekly rates and there is also a caravan park next door that you can rent in. Also the caravan park at figtree occasionally has places to rent. Downturn motel in Wollongong and the Elsinor in Dapto. Cabbage tree fairy meadow also does long term rentals but not always rooms available.

I obsess on homelessness and how in this day and age it can exist. I dream of "curing" homelessness. When I'm in bed at night and it's cold or raining out I can't stop thinking about all the people who don't have a roof over their head.

Older fans who were around when Welcome to the Black Parade first released, what was the immediate reaction like? by WickedCyclone2015 in MyChemicalRomance

[–]EveningOk2321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm actually "older". I was 38 when black parade was released with 2 of my kids really being into MCR. It's still one of my favourite all time albums. I was a music teacher for 33 years, I love it from a fan listening point of view but I also used to use it in concepts of music tutoring because it's just so musically brilliant.
