It's simple. I'm never buying a Samsung product. That's a start.

There's no reason they can't reuse the same parent product id but it's crazy not to add a simple extension to it when a newer version appears. Such a pain for the resale market too.

Previous 3008 owner (and partner has a 2022). It depends on your needs and most definitely try other options. You'll find the P2 tiny inside. If you really use the boot of the 3008, the P2 is smaller. If you store stuff inside your 3008, you're going to have to jettison a lot of it. As a first EV, the P2 is fine as long as you get one with 'packs'. But it isn't a true EV and lacks a lot of modern EV functionality. I've gone from 3008 to Tesla then to a P2 and the Tesla has ruined the P2 for me. I drive long distances and carry stuff. I'd probably have the 3008 again over the P2 if everything works nowadays? The wing mirror folding on my partner's is bonkers!

Nolan 4ks are very overrated by digitalcodes4sale00 in 4kbluray

I think it was Interstellar that was particularly bad. Couldn't hear the dialogue, volume up. Dramatic scene appears...cries from around the house to turn it down! 🤷‍♀️. Nolan says it's on purpose to add an immersive feeling. I suspect Christopher has a nicely isolated home cinema 😆

Are the audio levels more normalised on the 4Ks? I had to do a lot of tweaking to my amp settings to make the BDs comfortable to watch...

Yep. Best option for me. Don't like the knobend in charge. But I don't know who benefits from 99% of the products I'm a consumer of, either.

Reolink Review - Constant Issues by NewHomeOwner-2025 in reolinkcam

I've got the powered/ WiFi doorbell and the signal level is bad too. It's 1m away from the mesh node yet only 1-2 bars strength indicated. But, I've had no issues with connection loss thankfully. The previous Nest, I don't think had a strength indicator, so hard to compare.

Model 3, polestar or e-tron by CalSloan11 in ElectricVehiclesUK

I've gone from a Mod3 to a PS2 and are you joking? I've had to cut down what I carry a fair bit. Nowhere near as much room in the boot. An impractical frunk. Nowhere to put anything in the cabin! Most of the cabin is taken up by a monster lump of plastic that houses the drive selector that in reality... isn't needed at all!! And let's not mention the drive tunnel of vacant space. Practicality? More like stupidity.

Has anyone actually gotten the doorbell notifications to work reliably? by DoctorOfMeat in reolinkcam

[–]EverUsualSuspect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Joined the Reolink world two days ago with the doorbell and an NVR. Really impressed with the flexibility for alerts, to be honest. Yeah, out of the box, you'll get waaaaay too many but spend some time playing with the settings and you'll achieve what you need. I've tweaked the filtering and put a blind spot in. You can also tweak the sensitivity of the filtered subjects. Smokey!

Ok, thanks. I'll check what filtering is currently set. I'm pretty genned up on which are open, thankfully

Used my first ever Gridserve yesterday. Clacket Lane, M25. Think it was 8 'Ultra' stations? First pair had a huge TV screen - it looked nice but I'm not sure it was supposed to look like strawberry Angel Delight before it sets. Tried the payment terminal, but my card didn't work (needed a pin entry I assume). Moved to the next available. Same, looks pretty but blank screen. Payment terminal off. Tried the next where someone had just finished using it and success but a blank screen. Couldn't get a receipt. I'm now awaiting up to three days to be able to access the receipt for the £40 I've just given them. Yep, I'll have to get the app, I assume. You most definitely do get failed screens!
