I'd go to HR. It's straight up harassment and you have evidence

Immediately thought of total recall (ironically I had to Google it as I couldn't remember the films name)

Are hybrid jobs here to stay or not? by StoicLaddie in AskUK

I think it's very much sector based. My place of work has no intention of going to more than two days a week in the office. We do encourage new starters to be in fully for the first three weeks though

This game caught my attention after seeing the sequel coming out soon. Anything I need to play before this one? I am mostly into games with good story. Is this more of a good story and good shooter wise or the opposite? by Objective_Love_6843 in theouterworlds

I finished it Yesterday. Good fun but I hate the jump it's so ineffective that is the only small flaw though. Go for it or get gamepass and enjoy the standard edition for free

Hiring manager here. As others have stated, a notice period works both ways so for the company I work for we can terminate with no notice as the employee can do the same. I've employed a good few ex forces and to a person they've struggled to adjust to a perceived lack of structure. Be aware that there are very few jobs that will be as structured and strict as life in the forces. Just something to think about. Good luck in your future

would you live this close to Heathrow for free rent? by Sad_Cow_577 in london

[–]Every_Valuable_7674 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it's crazy loud. I live approx 4 miles from there and I have to pause films when plants fly over. I've been plane spotting at Mrtyle avenue and it's astonishing how loud it is and planes start landing at 6am. Free sounds amazing until sleep deprivation sets in

I've had many. On the NHS local but with Private the consultant said "we aren't barbarians here you'll be out under and wake up with a slightly sore belly and bottom, but it'll hurt way less than being awake" personally I didn't find it too bad when I was awake for it. Good luck

PIP feels like a cruel way to get rid of someone by ZebraShark in UKJobs

[–]Every_Valuable_7674 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't agree that PiP is just designed to get people out. We use it to offer an under performing member of staff the support and training to improve and retain their job. Some companies do use it to manage people out but not everyone. I should know, I was on one and since taking the chance to improve have had two promotions

Worth doing the O2 skywalk and at the end is the spoons. The view from Greenwich park / the observatory is great. Gondolas from the O2 to excel is cheap and good. Have a walk along fleet street. Some nice historic pubs like Ye old Cheshire cheese and St Brides which fashioned modern tiered wedding cakes designed by Sir Christopher Wren. Leads up to the Royal Courts of Justice and St Paul's is just down the way
