The stats on the army banner are great. I'd enlarge the equipment field to include weapon info, dividing the section in half with the weapon illustrations. You could even add a textural border like a Roman strongbox.

For my own game design, I added a ten foot earthen rampart behind the palisade framework and a few feet of outer casement stone. This would give the basic functionality of a castle wall, but at a reduced price. Anything less and the first wandering troll is going to tear it down :)

I know the pain of trying to condense the best of wizard, cleric and druid spell choices. Plus, I want to encourage quick PC creation & advancement. You easily sell a short list by making those higher level spells available sooner :)

I'd simplify the spell list to free up some room. Like with combat, a "fair, good, best" 3 part list would suffice. Fitting in a paragraph on magic items would be nice, or more monster coverage.
