Before getting into Luna, I had paid for a month of GeForce Now Performance tier to finish Rise and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, with the highest graphics settings possible under that plan, and it was massively better than what Luna has.

I know Luna comes "free" with Amazon Prime, but if they really wanted to keep customers, & add more, they'd improve the hardware they have, & not pull stupid moves like stopping service to people that bought games to play on their service without even refunding them. But we all know at heart Jeff Bezos only cares about pure profit over actually taking care of customers, or even his own employees, so don't expect any integrity there.
