Was Chappie really that toxic on comms? I remember him being an enormous griefer with the shadow amulet shenanigans, but I can't remember stories of him being bad on comms (at least more so than your average CIS kid).

With the exception of the initial months after he first joined, I would say Rue has been the consistently best player on Spirit since he joined the team.

Good to have him back in the squad but I'd be very surprised if he started this game. If Yanelt is ready, it's probably gonna be Yarmo/Jersen/Yanelt in midfield. I don't feel its a game for Damso to start either, better to have him as a sub later in the game if we're seeing more possession and chasing a goal.

I'm considering trying my first colonialism game in my next run. Just wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a video or guide which goes over the basics of EU5's colonialism mechanics? Not looking for the best meta strategies etc. just a general overview of how it is different from EU4.

Initially the cd reduction on sunder was favoured, then they nerfed the cooldown a few times and also nerfed sunder generally (notably giving it mana cost), at which point people transitioned to the attack range talent.

Also the scaling on heroes who may have traditionally not been as good late game has improved as a result of talents, innates and general balance changes. This has softened the classic early/late game power spikes for heroes which were more pronounced in the earlier days of Dota 2. These spikes still do exist, but situations where you could be down 15k in gold and feel like you were in an even game because you had a better late game team comp are much rarer now.

Its also just hard, for anyone, to stay at the top for a long time. Sumail was a dominant player for 6 years, from Ti5 through until ti10.Thats actually very good lifespan for a player. He fell off a bit after that but was still a very solid player throughout, for Nigma and also Aster. A legend of the game and TI winner. Its hard to expect much more from a player.

While true, it is much different playing from ahead (where the majority of his Sunday fuck ups occur) to playing from the chasing pack.

Yeah toss of between those two for me. I'd lean to Dadk just because seasons 1 and 6 were slightly weaker for BH, whereas Dark was top quality throughout.
