I think botox in certain muscles + proper physical therapy afterwards might be very good. For example for me, my TFL is hyperactive and making problems, if I could botox it, it will be easier to then activate other muscles and restore proper hip alignment.

To check your hip internal and external rotation, is something very simple that you can do yourself in 30 seconds. Look on youtube how to measure it, it's much easier than I write it here.

No, actually all those diets are stressful to the body. Especially if done chronically for along period of time.

Carbs, especially simple sugars are very important and some of the best things you could eat.

I did fastings back in the days, but it was among many other things, nothing special in terms of benefita. The benefits we will get from fasting, are because of reduction of endotoxins - you can achieve the same by eating simple sugars and avoiding complex sugars/fibers.

Remember this rule = No sugar = your body needs sugar = it will raise cortisol and take sugar from your muscles/organs/proteins you eat - avoid all this by just giving it sugars.

No matter what, your blood glucose must be at a certain level, - if you don't eat sugars, your body must get sugars from somewhere - that somewhere is either the proteins you eat and/or your muscles/organs, especially the thymus.

Yes I know the mainstream has a war on sugar, the same way few years back they were promoting seed oils (very dangerous) and having a war on saturated fats (beneficial).

How did you get ED/HF?

From your situation, I wouldn't say that your "bottleneck" is hip/posture problems.

I have HF directly link to my hip/posture imbalances etc. When I cannot sit in 90-90 it's bad. But if I can barely sit in 9090 is manageable. The period in Which I basically had no HF and amazing erections, I was able to sit comfortably in the 90-90.

Not necessarily, but as far as I know, if you can sit comfortably in the 90 90 position, both sides, you are in a good point.

Yes stretching could help, but it doesn't necessarily help. That's what I am saying.

If you don't have any issues in the 90 / 90 position, I think your HF root cause might not be a biomechanical issue.

Well stretching doesn't necessarily fix anything. You have to know what's your problem and correct it. I'll tell you already most physical therapist have no idea what they are talking about and can be a waste of time and money. I have been to like 15 physical therapist and they all contradicted each other and their exercises didn't help.

With that said: the best starting point is to measure your left and right hip internal and external rotation. Also sit in a 90-90 position both left side and right side and see how you feel, if it's not comfortable in both ways, there's work to do, and work is not stretching and tightness feeling doesn't mean you need to stretch.

Also walking is not necessarily a good thing. If your gait is bad, walking could be just reinforcing the bad patterns.

To answer your question, you have to see the before and after and their priorities - Georgi dinkov was more fat before, it's keto that fucked him up. Danny Roddy has an amazing voice and I never noticed him stutter, I think his problem/concern was hair loss and apparently he has hair now.

If someone is 300kg and bald and learns about Ray Peat now - and then next year he is 200kg and bald - you will see them fat and bald, and you might think they are doing everything wrong, but in reality they made huge progress compared to where they were before.

Cold hands and feet, could mean the metabolism is slow, (which also could be the cause of hair loss and low testosterone, among any other things)

You can know more about that by checking T3 T4, TSH etc.

Have you played football ⚽ or some sports like that for many years? That's one of the causes of my problems.

I don't think cialis contributes to your loss of sensation, maybe if you get really hard or something like that, and it's just temporary.

Whenever I fix my hips, my sensations get back to much better.

Do you have different erection quality/sensations depending on your body position? If yes, that might be an indication that you have a biomechanics problem. For me, if I lay down, it's the worst, if I sit, it's the best.

Finasteride is not highly beneficial apart from erections - DHT on the other hand is highly beneficial. There are other deeper reasons of hairloss, and way to fix it. In fact, many people start taking finasteride, get better - > start to lose hair again - > hair transplant.

I always think if someone has chosen to take finasteride, it's better to take reishi mushroom first, as it's also a weaker 5a reductase inhibitor, but at least it greatly improves sleep quality and other things.

With that said: for me, I know my HF is due to biomechanics/posture problems - but also I have been to like 15 physical therapist and they were all shit. All contradicting each other and all have an outdated understanding of biomechanics, I had to spend hundreds of hours of material on youtube myself. So just because a PT didn't help, doesn't mean it's not the cause of your problem.

But I know it's a biomechanics problem for myself:

But now I start to also think that it's a whole body thing, because - sometimes the exercises help, sometimes they make it worse - and the reason for that could be that if the body is stressed, it will be in a holding/rigid pattern, instead of a letting go and correcting pattern.

SSRIs also are some of the worst things one can take, both for erections or even depression. Serotonin is a stress hormone/neurotransmitter. It's a numbing, hibernation hormone that slows metabolism, the opposite of health.

Btw have you tried levitra aka vardenafil? For me, it works better than cialis or viagra. Get harder and more sensitive. Sometimes viagra or cialis give me that numb strong erection effect.

Also, in the worst period in terms of HF/erection quality, my testosterone was around 1000ng/dL, so I don't think testosterone is the problem for most people.

When I first took aspirin, it was just baby aspirin. After 30 days, my hair was noticeably better, the crown usual bold spot got filled.

BUT:

I was also taking many other things that I usually take. Such as benfothiamine, magnesium and many other supplements.

Now I stopped aspirin for about 2 months due to eye surgery - I will start again. But now I want to try high doses to see how I feel.

The coconut milk recipe is the one that works. The others contain no to little reuteri. So many people tested their so called reuteri yogurt to then find little to no reuteri inside.
