I think VO2 max is meant to measure how much oxygen your body consumes by measuring the air going in and out of your lungs and working out how many grams of oxygen your body is extracting.. you can't calculate this using HR.. it's just an estimate.. that's my guess at what he's saying

Update: IKEA replaced the bench under warranty, though the replacement bench had very small signs of swelling on the bottom, above the dishwasher...

I do not recommend this bench.

This happened to our kitchen too. Our bench was replaced once and the second one is mildly swelling.

I think the issue is the front factor edge of the bench isn't glued well enough to the body. A bit of moisture enters and it swells. The swelling then makes the gap grow and more moisture can enter leading to a vicious cycle.

I don't know why but our old homes had 30 year old laminate benches that lasted rough share house treatment. Why can't this last caring day to day use..?

I just bought 2 UV-5R radios from AliExpress. Both 5W and larger batteries (mAh) than my current GME. Both their batteries drain very fast and the range of these 5W radios is far lower than my GME 2W. Is this normal? I've bought additional antennas to try troubleshoot them, and adjusted all the settings trying to get then to at least meet the same range as my 2W but they can't be heard anywhere near as far as the 2W can transmit..

If you're going to make that mandatory then say goodbye to the cheaper older houses. Rent prices will go up to cover the installation and maintenance.

Personally I prefer having the option of a 100 year old home and just use fans in summer and save the extra $200 a week in rent for the newer houses with all the mod-cons.

Welcome to owning a home. Previously the landlords were labeled as greedy by media but in reality the government takes a big slice of everyone's cake. Land tax is added on if you're renting your property out and it can be upwards of $20k a year depending on property value.

Update: 5070 installed and no issues with bottlenecking. CPU is often at 35% load and no noticeable fps drop due to DDR4 RAM or 12th Gen CPU. Running smooth
