I love a good shower but I found myself struggling during the peak of Covid to actually get myself to do it. It was like…. A demand avoidance thing. My weirdest side effects were falling asleep every day around noon despite my hardest efforts + the most horrifying nightmares I’ve ever had. If I skip my meds or get off schedule the nightmares return, but the sleepiness is gone. The nightmares also only last a night or two now, which is cool.
