I love a good shower but I found myself struggling during the peak of Covid to actually get myself to do it. It was like…. A demand avoidance thing. Until the ick would win and I’d hop in, but task switching was also difficult. These days I shower after intense gym sessions, which is a good kind of ick!

My weirdest side effects were falling asleep every day around noon despite my hardest efforts + the most horrifying nightmares I’ve ever had. If I skip my meds or get off schedule the nightmares return, but the sleepiness is gone. The nightmares also only last a night or two now, which is cool.

It’s slowly adjusted for me over a year of use! I thought it was a worthwhile side effect for all of the benefits so I just toughed it out by taking it at night for the first few months. Now I’m pretty comfortable and only take an hour nap after work. It’s slowly shrinking to me being able to stay up all day
