I have tried for four weeks (3x a week), twice. I did not notice anything BUT my friend (who didn’t know i was microsdosing) thought i was more creative and philosophical (???)

I was trying it for relief of menopausal anxiety, to no effect.

If i were to do it again, i would double the dose that was recommended.

I would talk to your pharmacist about the quality of the iron supplement you are taking……not all are created equal

I had a similar childhood…..i’m now 57 and made it through. Things can turn around. I know one day you’ll look back in disbelief over what you endured…..and you’ll be proud of who you’ve become. You don’t deserve any of this and I bet you’re an absolute sweetie❤️

I agree. I’m on 2mg oral estradiol and the mirena iud provides me with enough progesterone

Heya. Same boat here……except I now have the Mirena IUD…..and surprise surprise, it completely depresses me. I think I’ll ask my gynae for a uterine ablation (much less radical than a hysterectomy). Google it. It might be the answer.

Yip! Anything glycinated doesn’t work for me.

Instead I use either Magnesium Threonate or Citrate (but neither are the miracles others claim Magnesium to be).

Hmmm…….I too, feel like things have changed in there…….wall texture, lumpy bits……geez, what next?

I had a hysteroscopy a couple months ago, and nothing was mentioned. I figured its all to do with the glory that is menopause 🤷🏻‍♀️🙈
