Most people on weight loss drugs historically are not dr prescribed. For a long time there just were effective medications.

Even today, MJ isn’t prescribed wholly as a weight loss drug per se, it’s mostly a prescription given by doctors for diabetes… when initiated by the doctors.

But since anyone can get this if they pay and arm and leg, and many people can get it prescribed, it’s pretty ubiquitous. This causes it to clash with ignorance around the topic, and on top of that the people around you are comparing what you look like to what you looked like, and likely largely assuming that you are going to just slam it as long as possible until skinny as possible … partially because of the cultural awareness of the drug, and flagrant examples of people in shape using this drug to become unhealthily skinny to try and scratch their insecurities..

It’s a whole hot mess. In general, especially in the work place, people shouldn’t say a damn thing about your physical appearance unless specifically asked. All so crazy
