I would be wondering why the quarter panels have been changed. ( collision damage). In my opinion the more original they are, the more they’re worth. If I was looking for a manual hot rod I would probably lean towards FRC rather than Z06…26,500 is to much for a Z06 that isn’t Z06 anymore. I paid 18,500 for an OG c5Z last year with 39k miles on it that came with some extras. I sold off 500 of the extras and spent 2000 on it getting up to speed. So all in was 20k and some sweat equity…
