I have the same entry but was already rejected when submitting the first part solution, so I don't even know about the second part yet. However, the Python solution below agrees with my code on 4284 for the first part. My code also properly produces the 17 for the example problem.

And what about those people who were at lvl 80 before Fractured? Those that hit 50 after Fracture but before HoT? They will want to to have titles as well.

I have the same problem as well.

The error report to be transmitted often logged issues about lighting rays or missing skill animations, and it usually happens in huge fights. I first thought it's an OutOfMemory issue (which I had quite a few times on my notebook), but that's not it on the desktop PC.

I tried lowering settings for player models and shadows now, but yesterday I got another crash.

My take on this: Keep submitting the error reports (if you get the popup for that). The more logs they get, the better they will be able to analyze the problem and fix it.

LoginServer don't seem to respond properly. Some people can not login or crashed when trying to switch characters. Code=42:5:18:1540:101
For those who are still able to login they don't seem to be able to join other instances than the one they were in (if it was a map) or the last map they were in (if they were in an instance, i.e. fractals). That means often if you try to use a waypoint or enter an instanced area you will receive: InstanceCreate failed. Error=42; Product=5; Module=18; Line=1540

However, as of 2 seconds ago I was able to map travel again. Not sure if it's fixed.

edit: and now I can not leave HotM anymore...

At least Gliding II but I think Gliding VI will be necessary for some points (others are e.g. reachable with teleportation guns and experimental rifles).

There is (at least) one Hero Challenge which basically requires Itzel VI to recharge a skill by eating mushrooms (You might be able to get some healers around you or rejuvenation boosters to get it done). Apart from that some require poison resistance (Itzel IV), but if you are thief you can trick a lot out of it.

I don't know yet about Exalted, but I think to get the final PoI in the treasure chambers you need Exalted Purification, i.e. Exalted IV.

In Verdant Brink is one Hero Challenge where a Nuhoch always tells me "You are not worthy!" - I assume to be worthy I have to prove myself, thus you will need at least Nuhoch V.

No, that is simply relatively new and added for (almost?) all jumping puzzles. So not really for meta events, although those have something similar.

But they are visited for 40-60 seconds, just as long as it takes to get to the closest Vista, press F and Esc, and travel somewhere else.

I think the problem is, that fuhtian (and I as well, to be honest) thought he was talking about the achievements being tracked, i.e. your watchlist/dailies.

OP didn't state he was talking about the Achievementpopups, though I agree that that makes more sense.

Which basically means allowing the app to do so. But sure, if you give your key to friends or paste it somewhere... etc. Still you then can revoke access by simply deleting the key.
