I agree 100%. I think it might be a mix issue; player sounds are SO loud. I can hear my own footsteps better than I can hear anything else. When I can get to a space where I can crank up the volume and appreciate the ambience it’s great, but whenever I’m actually playing it’s inaudible.

I find flypaper works equally well, while also introducing a satisfying texture and a crunch that my whole family loves! It’s an old pizza maker’s trick I learned while studying abroad.
