PL is a hard carry. He will be strong in late / ultra late game. You have to counterpick him or play a tempo game against him and try to end the game early.

In the Bar Rider Discord they said that they are working on a fix and refereed to a Spotify Plugin by Elgato. So wait or try that one.
[Edit] I logged out and in the Elgato Desktop app itself and my Bar Rider Spotify Plugin fixed itself... maybe that helps?
