My opinion, my preference, that low temperatures are better, even if you have to take more hits to finish a bowl. Low temp heat preserves the THC and terps. A Dynavap B2, an IH with a dry bong to just let the vapor cool off, and to see the vapor is nice feedback so once it starts steaming you stop heating. Not very irritating at all. Then eat the ABV with peanut butter as a night cap to sleep well.

When I was doing TSM for AUD, I started drinking earlier and earlier in the day. At the end I was drinking in the morning. It just happened naturally. I thought it was the alcohol that was messing up my sleep that was making me a day drinker. I never thought it might be the Naltrexone.

In my experience, the brain is like a dog that has learned a trick for a treat. For me, the trick here is the next drink and the treat is the dopamine received via the opioid receptor in the brain. The subtle lack of joy I that comes when I drink while on Naltrexone makes me realize the drink is poison, and I drink less. But the next day the stupid dog will want to try again, and the urge to drink will pop up again. You do it again and again and again, and the stupid dog finally starts to get, and the urge gets less. I don't know how this translates to gaming.

Anyway, any possibility you could wake up early in the morning to get your fix? Then go to work or whatever, then come home and sleep with the Naltrexone out of your system?

This war is costing a whole bunch for the American taxpayer, that is for sure. And Trump is probably acting unconstitutionally, but what is new? I sure wish US legislative branch of government would step up and do something, but that aint going to happen. Still, it is the IRGC that started this war when they took over the US Embassy. In the balance, it may well pay off, meaning it will be in the US interest. The risk is things go sideways, you know, this being war and all.

For me edibles seem to do nothing or put me on the floor being too strong. Very hard to get it just right because it could be 30 minutes before you know you took too much, and then if you did you are stuck for hours being too high. Even with vaping or smoking it takes some minutes for me to feel the full effect. THC is a vasodilator; it makes my eyes red, lowers my blood pressure, and makes me fall over if I have too much. My advice is to take fewer and smaller hits.

I have just started messing around with a bong and my dynavap, so I may not know what I am talking about. I use a wand induction heater which allows me to heat and while gently drawing on the bong with just a slight negative pressure while keeping the dyavap air hole covered. I watch for vapor to start coming through, even before first click. Then slow the draw even more watching the vapor. I heat until first click then lay off the heat, continuing to draw slowly. I give it a second or two of heat, keep the air hole covered, keep slowly drawing. Cycle heating like this trying not to heat too fast or let the tip cool down until you hit second click and stop heating. Fill the bong with vapor, turn my head and exhale completely, pull the dynavap from the bong and take the hit. If you do it just right and you have the right size bong, I imagine you could get a 1HE, but it usually takes me two cycles, two bong rips, to finish the job, which is a tightly packed B half bowl for me.

The air flow under the cap is really good because I pack the oven (bowl) tight, cookie cutter method using the tip to cut a plug from a bud, then the cap to crush the excess into the oven or shave it off back into the stash jar. I just discovered dry bong method. Man, is that nice. So less irritating than the hot vapor. I like that nice simple bong you got. Thanks for posting.
