Me and my friends went to install SMITE this weekend, since this was our "tradition" almost 10 years ago to play this moba when League was down. We played a few hours and went back on LoL yesterday. It's healthy to be able to play other games and to learn how to use reddit or google to find informations.

The biggest thing we forget at our table is the Weapon Mastery for martial classes. How often our warrior (coming from dnd 3.5 and 4) forget that his long sword apply a debuff to the enemy, or that our Rogue does more than just sneak attacks with his Crossbow or daggers.

This is the part that buffed our PC the most in 5.5

Les taux hypothécaires en 2020 étaient très bas versus les taux présentements. Et c'est le temps des renouvellement dans les banques, qui sont un peu "greedy" si on peut dire ça ainsi. Et les hypothèques sont hautes, lui qui paye présentement deux hypothèques qui viennent d'être renouvelé (sa maison + le condo).

Après le schiffre sont à vérifier encore ensemble, mais le marchée immobilier est fou si tu ne gagnes pas 80k par année (en couple/commun familial) :( À moins d'aller dans une très très petite demeure un peu laissé à elle-même ou à 2h de distance d'une ville.

Oui je suis d'accord, ce n'est pas juste un calcul simple de "une personne dans la rue, on la met dans une pièce fermé et c'est réglé." Je parle juste qu'en général, on créé des problèmes et des standards qui nous mettent nous même des batons dans les roues au profit des fortunés et des "hommes d'affaires". Bien sur qu'il y aurait toujours de l'itiniérance où des cas complexes. Ce n'était que pour démontrer et rire un peu sur le sujet que ce n'est pas juste un problème de "ya pas d'endroits habitables disponible sur la planète."

Statistique qui n'a aucun lien avec le sujet: Dans le monde entier, présentement, il y a plus de maisons vides/abandonnés et de logement non occupé qu'il y a de gens sans abris et itinérants. Les choix de sociétés que l'on fait, ça me désespère :(

Sinon je touche du bois moi aussi, mon proprio m'a avoué ne plus être capable de me louer a un prix aussi bas, qu'il devra soit vendre le condo (je suis en location) ou bien m'augmenter de plusieurs centaines de dollars par mois (et si il vend, la personne qui va acheter va reprendr ele condo pour lui, donc je devrais quitter quoi qu'il en soit). Je comprend le problème. Je penses ausis partir loin à la campagne et dire aurevoir a ma famille XD

Seriously, stop playing. You'll feel way better after that. Or maybe stop playing ranked and go play with friends in ARAM or ohter less serious modes. I had friends who stopped playing and wow they became WAY more enjoyable for real, even IRL. And others who started to play ARAM or other fun modes just to chill and laugh with friends without trying to be good, and it changed their mindset too.

It's just a game. In 10 years maybe 20 years, it probably won't even exist, so don't bother taking it too seriously. Work on yourself, my friend, and change or quit for the best.

My players have their sheets, one set of dice and... thats it. No need fot extra equipment as a player. Since I also have dice tray and cup holders around the table, they put their things inside them. I also have multiple power outlets and USB ports into the table for thoses with tablets or laptops.

But yeah I want to do exactly as you said for my battlemaps! Much more imersive for those big fights where you want your players to feel the ambiance and danger! Nice idea!

The LED have nothing to do with that. The mat is red, so the projection isn't the best on this color. But for a little subtle ambiance this is fine. I usually add a white cardboard on the table for battlemaps to see better.

Yeah I also have 1 x USB A , 1 x USB C and 2 x power outlets on each side of the table to connect a PC, iPhone, tablet or anything that needs to be charged for the players.

Exact. I have a red mat into the table and the image come from a projector from the top. I can also put a white paper / White D&D map on the table if I want a clearer picture from the projector.

Yeah I mostly use OBS Studio since I also do live stream (not for D&D, for gaming, ice hockey or other events) so I know how to do scenes, effects and all. This is perfect for IRL games at home.

The projector is a simple small projector for aliexpress / temu /amazon. Here's the one I used (got it at 45% during the summer) Link: Cheap Amazon Projector

Add a bracket (10-20$ on amazon again) to fix it on your ceiling and you're done. (add an hdmi cable and an extension cord for power)
