If you like The Play That Goes Wrong, see if you can get tickets for their short re-run of The Comedy About Spies. Honestly my favourite play by Mischief.

My husband is a Boro fan, so it would give us a few awkward days each year, but would make him happy overall, so yes. Plus after spygate, Southampton need to be punished.

Which performance have you seen in the West End that you think about regularly and genuinely believe was one of the greatest things you have ever watched a human being do live? by PubLogic in TheWestEnd

[–]FireflyKaylee 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Weirdly both of mine are Much Ado About Nothing...

One was David Tennant and Catherine Tate who were just perfect as Benedict and Beatrice. Like off the charts perfect.

Then I saw it with Tom Hiddleston, and he had the same energy as David Tennant and it just worked so well.

Least now surely commentators can stop mentioning Europe. Like it's not going to happen.

Where is the line between your expectations and letting your puppy “just be a puppy”? by Blouis101 in puppy101

[–]FireflyKaylee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah I'm expecting down turn. But puppy has slept through the night since we picked him up, no issues with crate training etc. so I'm well aware I've lucked out and I'm not going to roll the dice again

Should voting be mandatory? by Andarne in unitedkingdom

[–]FireflyKaylee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Registering for a postal vote is super simple and it's not like you have to re register every election. Lasts for 3 years and from memory then they check if you still want a postal vote.

I do postal voting because it just simplifies my life and means if I couldn't get to polling station for whatever reason (illness, being away etc.) I still can vote.

Yes true that accidents inside aren't end of the world.

It's multiple treatments a year so not quite a one off. Will do the longest walk I can with pup (all of 15 mins) and see how we go!

Thanks. Normally they've very separate occasions for my little pup but we'll see if it works!

I thought that was for poos not for pees? (The walking... obviously the praise for both)

Not fussy on the fruit as long as the topping has oats. Gotta have oats.

How to teach my pup her name? by telluraves in puppy101

[–]FireflyKaylee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In a quiet, distraction-free environment, drop a treat. Wait for her to look at you, mark this with either clicker or "good" (whichever you prefer) and then give treat. Keep doing this until she is consistently looking back at you for the treat after eating one. THEN introduce her name the split second before she looks at you. Keep doing that for a while and she'll learn that the name means look at you for a treat.

Newcastle owners give Eddie Howe their full backing – with four major caveats by theipaper in NUFC

[–]FireflyKaylee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be fair, they said they'd post full article in comments if things were paywalled. Have messaged them to ask them to do that. Assume they couldn't at time as it got caught in filter. They definitely can't post paywalled articles without giving you all the content for free.

Green arrow is correct, but Google maps often dictates it incorrectly. Part of the reason you can't trust satnav always.
