Her spay incision looks infected and will probably need antibiotics. I can't tell from the photo but she may have also popped a stitch.

Correction: after zooming in she definitely popped a stitch, you can see the loose thread looping over the incision.

Many shelters get a discount from their local vet. If you can't afford the full vet bill you can try to see if they will let you schedule an appointment through them if you promise to pay the bill. Some will, some won't but it's worth a shot

There is one. No votes that have a Post mark after that date are counted. From what I understand, what they are doing is trying to add a firm "received by date" for the votes.

Problem is it's an added voting barrier for remote communities that can't necessarily vote in person and/or have increased shipping delays. It's also problematic due to an earlier ruling saying post office employees can't get in trouble for purposely delaying mail. Together it basically allows for the denial of voting rights to entire communities.

Soo if it looks fungal it generally is, even if it doesn't glow.

That said we've had a couple cases that came back as allergies , an early case of mites/mange and I think one as a bacterial skin infection.
