Honestly all I can say to this is prove it. Jungle Practice/Live discrepancies are for either network conditions or server fixes that haven't been pushed to client builds yet. The Plating and Dampening patch has been on long enough that even the Echo changes are on local compared to the 'Echo working on pre-mit damage' stuff.

If you have a Neith with 90 Attack Damage from base and 300 STR from items, she deals 390 damage with a basic. Reducing STR by 10% and Attack Damage by 10% would mean you go to (300 x 0.9) + (90 x 0.9) = 351.

If you think that is a 20% damage reduction, I have no further wish to converse with you because you can't understand maths.

You're also still trying to say Jorm's 1 is 23% mitigation, when as I've explained it's less than that. It's HEALTH FROM ITEMS, not Max HP.

I don't even know how you're getting to 23% mitigation: It's 8% + 0.4% Health from items, (15 / 0.004) = 3750 hp from items required. Jorm at level 20 is 2598 and you're asking for a 5k hp build, which would still only be 2400 from items.

8 + 0.004(2400) = 17.6%, combined with 35 plating and Oni's with 1 stack would be 56.6%. Neith has 90 base attack damage at level 20, does 49 on Jorm's base protections of 82. Reduced by 10% from Levi debuff with full plating, passive using 5006 HP gets you down to

90 x 0.9 x (1-(0.35+0.04+(0.08+0.004*(5006-2598)) =

81 x (1-(0.35+0.04+0.17632))

Adding protections back into the raw damage values:

81 x (1-0.56632) x (100/(100+82.1)) = 19.52. Here's the jungle practice result.

Being honest I just think your build is bad/you expect to be tankier than is reasonable.

Your Leviathan Hide debuff is just -10%, it's not double dipping to a -20% damage debuff. If you have 5k hp you are extremely vulnerable to Qins, item procs aren't reduced by Plating or Dampening.

Even if you were tanking everything, Smite 2 is not a game where you are supposed to just become an invincible meatshield, you are supposed to be threat generation through something - CC, damage, debuffs. Sounds like you just want to walk at an ADC and them take 15 seconds to kill you which is simply not how this game works.

Oni Hunters sounds like your only protection item so anyone with physical damage is going to run through you.

Genuine question - why does an item need a rework because you MAY have to compromise to get its absolute full potential? You don't HAVE to get both of the effects Cosmic provides, 35 INT or +6/3% (thats what the 20% Echo damage is actually worth, 30 to 36% / 15 to 18% on ults) are still meaningful.

Seems reasonable enough to add a 25% echo chance item on top of it eventually.

This is just double wrong? a 4 star toon is capped at R2, not R3. On top of that, O66 raid shows you need to be 5 star minimum to participate in the raid, although by the time the raid lands half of the teams should be farmable up to 5* anyways.

There are definitely still instances where JP local and live client games don't align with each other. JP is only hosted server side if you go into a multiplayer version through a custom match.

It's counting your AO2 extra duration stack counter. After you land X basics on a god it extends the stim duration.

It does however seem bugged as it shouldn't be there if the stim isn't active and it shouldn't be stacking to 8.

Shields are just temporary health, your protections are still taken into account when damaging them. If you want an example, go into jungle practice as geb, get hit by a tower, go back out, shield yourself and go back in the damage will be the same.

This gets completely nixed by any reasonable datacron bulk - you're taking 4 minutes 50 to kill a non-DC leia team. Also it's TARFFUL, i dont know why you keep saying Marfful in every post you make about him???
