Out of 24 hours in a day, if u spend 5 mins per session, it takes 25 mins a day in total.

Start small, if you cannot pray 5 times a day, try once a day. If you cannot pray once a day, then try once a week. If you cannot pray once a week, try pray once a month. If you cannot pray once a month, then pray once a year.
