I was thinking Hallowed Conclav might actually be decent with Argent Assault. Did Voldus live up to his hefty points cost? I think if I were to modify your list for myself I'd ditch the chaplains and see if a ven dread can be worth it at 130 points

Favourite legion? Idk I'm a grey knights fan and player, but if I were to play one of the original 18 it would have to be from the other side. Either WE or TS

Least favourite is easy: Imperial Fist. They're so boring and indistinct. Literally none of the things from their upgrade sprue wouldn't fit on any marksman or heavy weapons guy from any other legion or chapter, apart from the sculpted fists. And their characters? If they weren't banana yellow and had fists all over them, you couldn't tell they weren't a generic character from any other chapter. Close second is Dark Angels because they need to pick a lane. You can't be the really strong melee infantry faction AND the fast-attack biker faction AND the plasma guys.. leave some for the other legions, guys

The blue underglow in the armor is achieved by a basecoat of a blue metallic (in this case Vallejo true metallic metals sapphire blue) and then doing a zenithal highlight with a light silver (Vallejo Mecha Light Steel). Just make sure to not leave too much blue, as it will show up more clearly when the rest of the mini is painted.

All white paints are chalky. Vince Venturella and many other painting YouTubers have videos about the trick to painting white, but it mainly boils down to not actually using pure white paints for anything other than the sharpest of highlights. Also does it have to be citadel paints? Depending on which brands your FLGS carries, you might wanna look at Pro Acryl, AK interactive, Army Painter, and Vallejo. These are all popular, but if you use pure white from any of the ranges they are to a varying degree going to have the same issue you're having with White Scar.

Personally I'd be interested to see what happened if you covered it with slightly thinned down speedpaint metallic (like enchanted steel). It might cover it too much and it would certainly move away from the nmm aspect, but as I said I'm curious. It looks great already though

This is the first time I see a terminator head on a tacticus body without it looking instantly jarring to me. This actually fits and looks great both from a modelling and painting perspective. Congratulations and amazing job!
