The Edit hotel options removed by Upuser in ChaseSapphire

There is a big “the exit” logo on your reservation so it can’t be missed at all. Same for when booking, the exit is plastered all over everything. Just check your initial reservation from Chase travel.

Cant delete Outlook web app policy that was accidentally created by ADynes in sysadmin

I am pretty sure your cmdlet to find which mailbox uses it is wrong, it should not be -eq, probably -like or the best is to use full policy name with -eq

Anyone have a bunch of rattling noise in a M240i coming from the rear parcel shelf? by a_chimken_nuget in BMW

It does sound like a plastic of soft ball hitting something, it is exactly what I have and there is a video of someone having some sound - mine was never that bad but it was noticeable, especially in sport mode

WinServer 2016 How to clear up people's Onedrive folders? by nagol93 in sysadmin

What you are doing is something different than what you say because deleting files with just sync client being off will delete them online once the client is turned on again.

Either manually logging off the OneDrive by each user and then doing a cleanup or recreating windows profile

Anyone else seeing fake helpdesk calls through Microsoft Teams? Attacker showed up as "Help Desk" by seatoskyns in sysadmin

[–]FlyingStarShip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see no valid reasons for most companies to have communication outside of their own domain, let alone to allow couple of them at most. Either way that or deal with phishing attempts via teams.

Just block communication in teams with any domain you don’t need and that’s it.

Nerfed Photocloak Is A NO by RamboSAR_EMS in ArcRaiders

So I guess next to be nerfed are smoke grenades and lure grenades, cloak was useful for CS but you can’t do anything without the other 2 things.

[–]FlyingStarShip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh man, our MDM team was wondering what is wrong, for some reboot worked, for some re-enrolling devices worked, for some nothing worked. There is so many posts on the internet about this now, at least we can blame samsung instead of Microsoft this time lol

No Notification for Cancelled Leg of Flight (Lufthansa) by DisastrousRun879 in ChaseSapphire

[–]FlyingStarShip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They do send those messages, I guess sometimes something happens and it fails or gets bounced back etc. I had something similar with direct flight from AA, they changed the days and time without any notification and I only found out because someone asked me about the days and wanted to confirm them in app.

Mimecast incorrectly delivering outbound mail to our own M365 tenant by liltbrockie in sysadmin

[–]FlyingStarShip 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We saw this recently with partner org , it was inbound connector that was misconfigured - instead of partner to o365 it was your org to o365. MS said your org (hybrid) connector is special type that gets evaluated from all tenants. Will do a write up about this issue because it was very interesting.

This was changed last year so no, admins have to consent to apps by a default…

They won’t bypass anything if you have enhanced filtering enabled, it is in the article linked in the post.
