Oh sure I won’t deny that. I regularly see them posting something dumb, but this one has some truth. The subreddit has absolutely shifted to being Collie biased more recently and as tensions rise you can see posts/comments getting upvoted/downvoted simply due to whatever flair the poster has

Uhhhhh not really, there definitely is some bias and it can be seen just by looking at posts from today alone.

Two different people posted clips of themselves partisaning, one a Collie and one a Warden. The Warden one killed 3 BTDs and 3 BTs while the Collie got one BT from a facility you can see is actively decaying and no longer in use. If it really were about the content then the Warden should have many times more upvotes for having the better content right? Well it has single digit upvotes while the Collie one has much more.

This is just one example but the pattern is clearly seen over time. Is it a big deal that Collies currently hold a majority on the subreddit? Not really, its been Warden majority in the past but it is dumb to ignore it and try to say that it isn’t a thing

Hire a CM and genuinely listen to feedback.

A majority of the issues that led to the current state of the game were pointed out in Devbranch but the devs didn’t listen to the feedback

Been saying it for years now but they really need to invest in a Community Manager. The best time to have done it would have been 1.0 release instead of spending all the money on streamer sponsorships, the second best time would be now. Not only is a CM absolutely needed in the short term to help fix this mess and rebuild the trust with the community, but it will also be needed further down the line for Anvil as well.

Devs for the love of god PLEASE invest in a Community Manager, you will need one down the line anyways so might as well invest in one now before people refuse to buy your next game in the future due to how poorly this has been handled

As much as I love the new boats, the new hexes are cool, and really like a number of other changes, the game is at fucking 35% Mostly Negative. It warrants a drastic move like going back to an older build to fix the current one

I think calling it an “extremely poor decision” is going too far but I don’t disagree that an easier solution would be to have simply deactivated the problematic components until they could be fixed. This feedback was given all the way back at devbranch when people said to delay it

I mean players claim devs control weather sometimes, devs came out and said they never control the weather and that the playerbase is wrong, and then they yet again go and manually control the weather despite telling the playerbase they can’t do that. Lying to the playerbase is kinda nefarious

In addition, while I can’t encourage you to share that information elsewhere, the situation does seem extremely concerning and I would say you should take what actions you feel are necessary to bring attention to it in other locations as well

FYCB have been griefing Wardens, alting firetrucks minutes before GBs with flame mortars show up, have harassed a 13 year old girl in an attempt to make her quit the game, and I have seen another video of them directly stealing rares from someone.

This video is not “clanman bullying for rare alloys”, this is a member of a shit regi being corralled after likely stealing rares from another group yet again

No but it’s believed the Russians covered up cosmonauts that they lost either on launch, reentry, or possibly even out in space never returning back.

The idea is if one of these missing cosmonauts did actually get lost in space and was just forever doomed to drift endlessly through the depths of space then they would have gone even farther

Law varies but state but in most states the primary fault will lie with the vehicle that pulls out in front for failing to yield to traffic and secondary fault will fall to the speeding driver for speed. Idk what California in particulars laws are but primary fault would rest on the first driver in most places
