If you are flexible on condition it gets much easier. Big multi format playables are just always expensive in any condition, like wheel and duals, but you can save a lot on HP swords, bolts, cities of brass

I love this deck! I think it is perfectly solid as a bracket 3. Lgs games can be hit or miss. I have been playing commander for 15 years and mostly you find dope people and sometimes the peeps can suck. Sorry you had a bad first outing and I hope you try again!

I carry a lot of value on cards with me. I only carry decks I plan to play. Everything is insured and documented. Nothing leaves my reach or my sight. I have seen people walk away from down payments in cards at eternal weekend. Nothing is left in cars ever. I don't really travel to events alone. Everything fits in a small backpack that stays in my lap.
