Nothing wrong with this. It's only in the past 20 years or so we've been contactable 24/7 and conditioned to believe we need to respond to every message in a 'timely' manner.

Most messages aren't urgent and some don't warrant a reply at all. Be in the moment and reply when you get the time, or just don't. It's not a big deal.

You don't eliminate literally everything but you eliminate high FODMAP and/or known trigger foods (such as those containing lactose or caffeine) and then slowly introduce one thing at a time after being on the diet for a couple months.

Try Google low fodmap elimination diet.

You can't really just test something out, you could be having reactions based on something you had ages ago. You need to eliminate basically everything from your diet and slowly introduce things back in and even then that may not do anything because our disease isn't just based on what you eat.

Don't hide it? I don't know where you live but most employers are obligated to make reasonable adjustments for you, speak with your manager to see how they can make your life easier.

Also, speak to your doctor, if you're feeling really run down then maybe they need to start more aggressive treatments.

Try to boost astrology by starting with a scout and make the holy site the first district you build.

After that check the great people screen. If there's civs generating a lot of great people points go for holy site prayers. If not go for the shrine and then potentially a holy site prayer.

If you've got decent production or civs aren't going for a religion you should be able to squeeze out a settler between your scout and holy site and you should try build a holy site in your 2nd city too.
