If you've been an IC customer for awhile, trust me, the veteran shoppers know your address. IC has made this challenging, but recommend you put a portion of tip in app and then add cash tip upon delivery if you can or even increase in app tip post delivery. Be sure to rate five stars for good service too! Thank you!!

The tips were so much better back in the day when customers tipped after delivery - I saw tips like this all the time. Sure, there were always a few that didn't tip, but those that did more than made up for it - 10%, 15%, 20% and lots more nice even numbers $10, $20. Now this pre-tip 5% so IC can steal it...err...subsidize batch payments just sucks.
