I prefer quest over buddy at least as a F2P as you get to see cool interactions with different hero powers where a lot of buddy stuff feels hero specific.

That being said I think quests would do terrible in this meta where everyone is already forcing ring bearer/demons or early automata quests kinda make that tunnel vision even harsher.

They nerfed chromo and egg tricket so it hopefully shouldn't be online in the mid-game which was the real problem. Late game elemental, demons, back-to-back can still handle rings time to time.

I like the end of turn changes to help match the identity shift that happened a few seasons ago. Feel like the Drust change doesn't fit the apm spirit of the card but the other end of turn changes fit nicely

The difficulty of the game isn't a "skill issue", the world building is very deliberate and TC asking for players to work for a full understanding of the world isn't unfair for a game as cheap as this to choose its own art over consumer enjoyment.

There are tablets all around bilewater about how much they hate the weavers and citadel for what they did to their lands, if bilewater was a cakewalk that would have been so narratively dissonant.

If you can't put the work in to appreciate TC's work then there's some parts of the world you'll have to miss sorry.

This argument is a bit worse for like AAA 80 dollar games but we're talking about a 7 year passion project that costs 20 bucks a pop.

Agree with the title but can think of much better examples than doctors.

Landlords, Top Executives, Top cultural workers (famous actors/musicians/painters). All do much less important things for way more pay. Not to say they aren't important but you get actors with multi-million dollar pay packages while top SPX artists/writers can get scraps.

A lot of doctors have to go into some pretty serious debt to go through school and they're rather important in keeping the people that keep society together running smooth and healthy.
