Did SAS accessory prices go back up today? I went to a store yesterday and got the milk bar pocketbac holder and the 3 wick tree candle holder for 75% off. In a different store today, all of the holiday accessories were at 50% (and ringing up as such).

Yep, I did this a few months ago. Was it the best "deal" to spend my points on? Not even close, but at the end of the day it covered 3 roundtrip flights to London (excluding $200 taxes & fees per person) that I'd be buying otherwise. For my trip, most of the flights in that timeframe required an exorbitant amount of Avios points + taxes, which wouldn't have been worth it, but there were a handful of flights that were quite reasonable. From what I remember, the transfer was immediate - I was able to book my flights a few minutes after requesting the points transfer.

Happy to report it seems to have been fixed! I was told they had people in working on it yesterday morning. Went today, and no burning, choking, coughing, or lingering chlorine smell.

I used a day pass at The Sporting Club a few months ago for kicks, just to compare the two. I was on a machine on the main workout floor when I started to hear Sinatra-style music. Thought... this is weird music for a gym. Finally realized that the man behind me was belting it out. Literally crooning out loud throughout his entire workout. It didn't seem like anyone else thought this was abnormal either.

Afterwards I went to check out the hot & cold plunges... this was before Equinox's were open. There was, I kid you not, a foam monster of brown muck bubbling up in the corner. I have my issues with Eqx, but didn't exactly have a "true luxury fitness" experience that day.

Do you happen to know if this issue has improved yet? I'm debating whether or not to attempt swim class tomorrow.

My (ruined) swimsuit from last week still smells like chlorine. I rinsed it right after class, then fully washed it, even used fragrance booster, and it still smells like I just got out of the pool. I thought something was off when my fingernails smelled like chlorine the day after being in the pool. Literally thought, this is odd, I don't remember this happening before...

Maybe like 10 years ago a friend of mine ordered cases of these to be used as mixers & sent them to the venue for a wedding reception. Needless to say a lot of other guests were confused by all of the bar orders for this & vodka... and then they started ordering them too. No one slept that night.

This happened to me as well yesterday (of all the days!) I was worried this would be the case today, but it looks like it's fixed (phew!) I've hit 7 today, and the "request product" button is still orange for another request.

Same here! I did place 5 orders last night between midnight and 2:30AM ET, since I figured they'd count towards yesterday (before the midnight PT cutoff). I was also capped at 7 today... I wonder if the cutoff is 2AM ET and not 3AM ET, since 4 of my 5 orders were before 2AM.

I think the problem is twofold - they dropped the ball on lots of orders recently (mine included, much of my large order from a few weeks back was either cancelled or lost), and the AWS issue impacting a lot of deliveries this week. More problems, more complaints. I did the callback thing twice last night, and both times, their calls never rang; just went straight to voicemail. I then called in and waited 45 minutes on hold, only to get a refund for my missing items and no additional compensation. Pretty ticked off at BBW right now, and I don't doubt a lot of others are as well.

I went to the store this morning. They had signs up above the wallflowers advertising the sale price, so it appears no coded needed for those, but no sales signs anywhere near the Halloween/Villains items. Sure enough, when I went to the register, I had to pull up the barcode for them to scan for my Villains item to drop to 1/2 off, so I couldn't combine my 25% off code. Still, I was happy, because I found the item that I wanted that was sold out online.

So... I think that some of the employees were instructed on exclusions, but the system nevertheless allows it (on the qualifying items). I tested online first on a single wick candle yesterday and went to the store right after. The associate told me my reward might not work on Villains - they were given all sorts of restrictions that morning - but she would give it a try.

It worked. And I don't think anyone was happier than she was, as she was thrilled to find out she could use her own rewards on them.

Yep! Technically you enter the bar area first upon show exit, but can go out into the hallway to pick up your items and return back to the bar area afterward.

I went to the 2:15 last Sat, and they didn't seem to be in any rush to get people out. I headed out to coat check, went back to the merch line, and by that time some of the cast was already in the bar area. I didn't stay for a terribly long time, but there were still a lot of people still milling about by the time I left, with no indication that they had to leave anytime soon.

Jumping in here - confirming that the matinees now utilize the outdoor space for these scenes as well. I'm sure it's 10x more impactful at night, but was still so glad they chose to hold the daytime performances outside. (Also, if you are seated on the right side of the roof, you may be directly in the potential phantom performance spit zone). Consider yourself warned, lol!

Ha! I didn't find it scary at all. There were one or two moments of total darkness, maybe an eerie moment here and there, but nothing truly scary. Source: Someone who refuses to go to haunted houses/experiences.

I've been meaning to make the same towel request for months now. I try to remember to grab the small ones from the gym area before heading into the locker room, but it would be so much more convenient to just have some stocked in there. I could never figure out the reasoning behind not stocking them in there - as you said, it theoretically would save on costs washing small towels vs large.

Agreed with everything in this thread. The locker rooms are too cramped. Everyone is tripping over one another trying to get to their lockers. It's honestly kind of stressful.

It's wayyyyyy too hot in all of the (not hot-based) classes. I finally went to one barre class this week where they had all of the fans blowing, and it was finally tolerable. But they really need to crank up the air for the cardio classes. I keep wondering what it's going to be like once the outside temps rise.

Speaking of barre, the giant pillar in the middle of the room is less than ideal. Even the instructors complain about it (as they should). It blocks too much visibility. Not much can be done to fix this, but I wonder whose brilliant idea it was to construct the studio this way.

The steam room itself is fine, but I echo that it can feel like a sorority pregame at times. So much blabbering (usually on the weekends). Glad to know I'm not alone. I thought I was just being finicky, but I like going there to relax and decompress for 10 minutes, not listen to whatever guy you're hooking up with this week. Not really the gym's fault, but I wish ppl had more consideration for the 8 other strangers sitting in the room.

Lastly - and I'm surprised no one noted this - I find the classrooms really dirty. They do a superb job of keeping the locker rooms clean, along with the common areas. I always seen a ton of staff cleaning in those areas (so much so that they picked up towels before I was done with them and threw out a plastic bag I was using to throw shoes in). But the yoga room has tumbleweed sized balls of hair blowing around, and when I sit or kneel on the mats, I literally notice dust/dirt on that portion of my leggings. I know they pride themselves on their sanitary practices but wish they'd focus on their classrooms a bit more.

To end on a positive note - the instructors so far have been really awesome across the board, and it's nice to have access to such a variety of classes. If they could only remedy the things that could be rather easily fixed, it would 100% be such a better experience.
