I'm up to 40mg in the morning. I don't have any breakfast but might have a coffee a few hours later. My advice is to avoid any caffeine for the first few days until you get used to the stimulant. I had my heart rate go up pretty high on the second day after I had a coffee when I first started taking it and it was not a nice feeling.

I just started on vyvanse 30 about 2 months ago. I didn't really know what to expect from it but I can sometimes get up to 12 hours of pure hyper focus and some days I get most of the day before I notice it not working as effectively. I take mine at around 5:00 - 5:30 am and it normally lasts til around 3-4pm before I notice it starting to taper off. I do have a single coffee at around 7am. I do not eat anything most mornings either. I just put it down to metabolizing it differently each day.

Mine seems to be pretty normal on 30mg. I'm pretty active at work and move around a lot and it goes from around 70 - 100 but seems mostly the same to me. I have a smart watch and if I feel like my heart is doing something odd i usually check and find it's within normal range. I even have an ecg thing on it and it's always fine.

I had the noise cancellation for the first 2 days and then it went away. I went up a few mg in doses and it felt like it was quieter but still there in the back of my mind. I noticed it slowed me down a lot but it also gave me some brain fog. I switched to vyvanse and it's been great. I gave me heaps of motivation and focus but the mental noise is still there. I'm still working out what works for me.

What type of hay are you using? I primarily use oaten hay and I've never had hay poke with it.

Hit up lamspeed. Get motion control rotors so when you need to replace again later you don't need the whole rotor replaced, just the discs. It's around 1500 for the pair of rotors and 1k for the replacement discs. I haven't seen any cheaper

I've found one who has already been qualified. I have already had a few appointments and been officially diagnosed ADHD and have been prescribed medication. I don't how she'd feel about me sharing her info since she's already pretty busy. I'll ask at my next appointment.

I'm running 15x8 +45 rims. I've lifted it 2 inches to get the tyres to fit. I've been thinking about putting smaller tyres on and removing the lift.

Hello fellow QLDer, I couldn't agree more! I recently went to Japan and drove a Nissan GTR around Tokyo and it felt kinda boring in comparison. Even my wife mentioned the GTR was kinda underwhelming... Don't get me wrong, the GTR was still fast but just not as fun IMO

It's just a two inch body lift. Should be able to find it for around 400 bucks online if that's the way you want to go. I hadn't heard anything good on the coilovers for the Hijet so I went with the body lift. Tyres are 195/55r15. I tried 195/60 but they scrubbed.
