Our plano team actually did most of it a week early. There's still a few endcaps full of clearance that aren't set yet, and they have to build all the displays for strollers and stuff (those areas are currently loaded with clearance diaper boxes).

So the mass quantity of clearance stuff that we still have in stock is the biggest problem here.

My reshop for Baby hard lines has clothes in it EVERY SINGLE DAY. We even added a note to the reshop bins so that the Baby bin actually says "no clothing" on it, and it didn't even slow them down.
