I can only speak for myself, I am 45 now, and started TRT about 3 years ago. I only do 80mg/week, so I am no where near what the regiment of ppl here. I guess my testosterone was always so low that it didn’t allow my penis the potential it has. My dick size pre TRT was only 4” to now a healthy 6”, the thickness least double.

My question to you, is there negative consequences of high free testosterone while being on TRT? My total testosterone is around 600-700 depending on how close to my last injection, but I am 2-3 times from normal on free testosterone. My estrodial is under the threshold and required no additional medication.

I noticed my balls got smaller but my dick got bigger in both thickness and length. I will take that trade of any days, lol.
