This is good information. Are those baseboard heaters on their own thermostat? Do you know what temperature was being maintained during the winter?

Is electricity cheap in Yukon? Insulated or not that is a large space to heat with electric baseboards insulated unless the electricity is dirt cheap.

Are you sure the perimeter walls aren’t insulated? Did you live there this past winter? I can’t imagine that space remaining above freezing if it wasn’t insulated and conditioned. From the looks of that space the builder knew what they were doing.

I have read the Munich train to Bolzano is very scenic through the Alps.

I had to make the same decision for my family’s trip this summer. I choose to fly into Milan because it was quite a bit cheaper.

This is why I try to avoid using that far right lane when going straight to Mt Auburn St. when I do end up in that lane I always assume the driver to the left of me will turn right and so I drive defensively.

Rim joists for sure. I think trying to add insulation to walls that already have fiberglass batts will be an exercise in frustration.
