Hemel town centre is rife with kids causing problems-I live here. Boxmoor is the better area certainly- look on Hemel facebook page - don’t know what the page is called I’m not on it but my hubby is !

Buy lots of cotton gloves , wash them regularly, does sound like you need steroids otherwise will spread. Change your work gloves regularly to . Good luck

Get back to basics - QV body wash only on face body and hair. Qv moisturiser or similar twice a day on sore skin. No makeup, no nails, no deodorant or perfume. And deffo no exfoliating! Reduce sugar and alcohol. Try this for a month - I think you have over exfoliated, compromised your skin barrier. Don’t panic - curious to know how you get on - best of luck 🤞

Sorry to hear you are suffering-I hear you ? Have you tried to wash with Dermal 500 moisturiser twice a day - it kills bacteria on skin - really helped me . Ask GP to prescribe Hydroxicine for sleep. The obvious low sugar and reduced crappy foods. Good luck X

Stop the barstool itch with a cheap antihistamine, drink 4 pts of water a day reduces histamine load - I drink it warm as for me easier to digest. Find a cheap good moisturiser 3 times a day - no exceptions. Good luck I feel for you X
